His and hers bicolour platinum and gold wedding rings

Many of our customers ask if their wedding ring should match their partner’s ring. More often than not the two rings do not match exactly but what we sometimes do is design a feature that ties the rings together. In this example the ladies ring was 18ct yellow gold with an off-set row of Diamonds set in Platinum. As the ladies fiancé did not want Diamonds we created a ring where he had a strip of Platinum in the same place that his partner had Diamonds (on one edge). The result is a set of wedding rings that are a definite pair without being an exact match.
