2.39ct Oval F VS1 Lab grown Diamond

2.39ct Oval F VS1 Lab grown Diamond.

Customers looking for a big diamond ring will love this 2.39 oval cut diamond set in a solitaire 4 claw ring setting. The centre diamond is secured by petite talon claws for added style and flair.

Oval cut diamonds are very popular for their brilliant sparkle comparable to the traditional round cut diamond. Naturally, an oval diamond appears larger than a round brilliant diamond because of its elongated shape. Some people even say it makes their fingers look more slender.

An oval cut diamond of this size needs high quality grades to match. This oval diamond has an F colour grade, which means it is considered colourless. An F colour grade is the third highest grade on the diamond colour scale and will show no signs of yellow or brown tint under 10x magnification.

It is important to choose higher colour and clarity grades when choosing diamond shapes with larger surface areas and in larger carat weights. This oval diamond also has a clarity of VS1. VS1 is the higher of the two clarity grades on the Very Slightly Included tier.

VS diamonds are considered eye-clean diamonds. Eye-clean diamonds have no visible imperfections under 10x magnification. Eye-clean clarity is desirable for diamonds of this carat weight and surface area.

The engagement ring above is pictured in yellow gold, but we are able to produce your bespoke engagement ring in a variety of metals as well, including:

  • 9ct or 18ct gold (Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, and White Gold)
  • Platinum
  • Palladium

RING Jewellers knows that white gold engagement rings tend to be the most popular, but many don’t know that most white gold rings are covered up with another metal called rhodium.

Jewellers in the industry use rhodium to cover up low-quality white gold. When the rhodium fades, the wearer is left with a yellowish brown ring. It will get worse unless it’s re-plated, which often costs the customer money.

If you’d like to make changes to this ring, or create your own bespoke engagement ring from scratch, we invite you to contact us.

All of our diamond jewellery is backed by our “Satisfaction Guarantee” that pledges to alter or adjust your bespoke engagement ring to your satisfaction.
