When it comes to jewellery remodelling, we regularly have cases where our customers supply only the metal, only the gemstones & customers that give us both the metal and the gemstones. If the customer doesn’t bring their own gemstones or metal, we are happy to supply any additional materials if need be.

We melt & reuse yellow gold jewellery pieces by rule because white metals (like Platinum, Palladium & white gold) are prone to cracking when reworked. Bearing this in mind, & if the customer does not want the old setting returned to them, the old white metal settings can be used as part payment instead of being melted & used.
