In our jewellery remodelling gallery, you can find designs where our customers supplied only the metal, some where the customers supplied only gemstones & designs where the customer provided us us with both elements: metal and gemstones. We would be happy to supply any additional materials if need be, whether it’s gemstones or precious metals.
Our experienced designers, goldsmiths & stone setters can reset diamonds from several pieces of jewellery into one jewellery design, make pendants into rings, reset diamond solitaire engagement rings into halo designs or remodel old fashioned jewellery into modern designs.
In our daily work, we melt & reuse yellow gold mostly, because white metals (such as Platinum, Palladium & white gold) are prone to cracking when reworked. Bearing this in mind, & if the customer does not want the old setting returned to them, the old white metal settings can be used as part payment instead of being melted & used.
