Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to all of our amazing & patient customers. It’s been very tricky trying to give estimated completion dates for both new & ongoing bespoke commissions at the moment & you have been amazing!

We are following the government’s guidelines & plan to reopen on 15th June. Before we reopen we will have reconfigured the shop & put in place measures to make everything as safe as we can for both our team & our customers. So what will this look like?

Well, we are really lucky at RING jewellers in that we are one of the largest jewellery shops in Brighton. This means that the increased floor space will allow us to create separate desks for design consultations.

On our desks there will also be perspex screens. These will allow us to be close enough to customers to show the finer details of our jewellery, but at the same time have a physical barrier to cut down the risk of infection.

There will also be hand sanitiser, gloves & masks available for customers.

The shop can get very busy at times & we often have several couples waiting to be seen. Unfortunately we will not be able to have queues in the shop at the moment. Instead, we will take a note of a customers name & number & will text them when one of the team are free to help. Alternatively customers are welcome to queue outside the shop.

We are offering insured postage free of charge to our customers so where ever possible please take us up on this. This way you can receive your jewellery safely without the need to physically visit the shop.

Most importantly of all the team at RING jewellers have been taking the lockdown rules very seriously. We have all been in isolation with immediate families & have been following the national guidelines.
