round diamond reset into illusion pear cut setting

In this commission the customer supplied a round diamond solitaire. We unset the stone, supplied a second smaller stone & reset the Diamonds into an illusion pear cut setting. The ring had a Platinum setting with an 18ct yellow gold shank.
