Orange sapphire & diamond halo in 18ct rose gold

This halo engagement ring features an oval shaped orange sapphire with round cut diamonds encircling it, set atop an 18ct rose gold diamond band.

Most people are familiar with blue sapphires, but many don’t know orange sapphires exist. Sapphires occur in every colour of the rainbow, except red. We know this as ruby. Sapphire is the gem quality variety of the mineral called corundum.

Orange sapphires are a unique and durable option for an engagement ring. Some of the most famous orange sapphires in history include the Russian tiara of orange sapphires and diamonds in the royal collection and the Duchess of Windsor’s orange sapphire brooch. In modern day, Jessica Simpson and Jenny McCarthy have been recipients of orange sapphire jewellery.

This oval engagement ring is a unique style, but we are fully capable of creating traditional engagement rings too. At Ring Jewellers, we have a variety of stones to choose from, not just coloured stones.

Our diamonds are available as colourless or coloured. They may be of natural or lab created origin. Our diamonds weighing 0.20cts or more have been certified by a reliable grading laboratory.

You may modify any of our designs or bring us your own ideas for a customised ring experience. We have diamonds and gems of different carat weights, shapes, and qualities to choose from.

Mix and match the different colour and clarity grades to produce a fine piece of jewellery that both you and your wallet will be happy with.

All of our engagement rings are able to be produced in platinum, 9ct gold, 18ct gold, and palladium. Many of our customers favour our unplated white gold. Unlike most white gold in the market, our white gold jewellery does not require rhodium plating to retain its colour. That way, customers don’t need to pay out of pocket down the road.
