When it comes to jewellery remodelling some of our customers supply only the metal, some provide only the gemstones & some give us both. We are happy to supply any additional materials if need be. This can be both gemstones or precious metals.
We have a talented team of designers, goldsmiths & stone setters can reset diamonds from several pieces of jewellery into one. We can make pendants into rings. Reset diamond solitaire engagement rings into halo designs. We can also remodel old fashioned jewellery into more contemporary designs.
As a rule, we can melt & reuse yellow gold but white metals (like Platinum, Palladium & white gold) are prone to cracking when reworked. Bearing this in mind, & if the customer does not want the old setting returned to them, the old white metal settings can be used as part payment rather than being melted & used.
