The process of getting a bespoke engagement ring

This blog describes the process of buying a bespoke engagement ring designed & made. This can be done in person at RING jewellers in Brighton, or remotely via email.

A bespoke engagement ring is a unique and personalised ring that is made specifically for you. The process of buying a bespoke engagement ring designed and made can be done in person at RING jewellers in Brighton, or remotely via email. At RING, we will work with you to design a truly unique and one-of engagement ring. We can show you actual rings (in store) as well as create sketches, mock-ups & photos to really help you to picture exactly what your finished engagement ring will look like.

Finding the perfect engagement ring can be tricky. The best way to find your perfect ring is to get it designed & made especially for you. Many people think that this may be expensive to do but with bespoke jewellery you usually get higher Diamond qualities & a heavier precious metal weight for a similar price to a lower quality mass-produced piece. This results in far better value.

RING jewellers in Brighton can help you to create your dream Diamond engagement ring. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your ring is everything that you have ever wanted.

If you are not in the area or are unable to come into store, don’t worry! We can design & make your ring remotely via email. We can send you photos, sketches & mock-ups to help you to envisage your final ring perfectly.

Diamond engagement rings are a very special and personal purchase.

It is important to do your research before purchasing an engagement ring, to ensure that you are buying the best possible value for your money. There are many different factors to consider when purchasing a Diamond engagement. How much of your budget should you put towards carat & how much towards the grade of the Diamond? Would you like a natural or a laboratory grown Diamond? Will your Diamond come with a grading certificate to prove the quality of the stone? What are the differences between the precious metals? At RING jewellers we can give you free, impartial advice on all of these topics.

When you purchase a Diamond engagement ring from RING jewellers, you can be sure that you are getting a high quality, beautiful ring that has been designed and crafted specifically for you. Our bespoke service means that we will work with you to design a completely unique engagement ring, made to your exact specifications.

All of our natural Diamonds are GIA certificated for proof of an honest grading of the Diamond’s 4 C’s. The colour, carat, clarity and cut of the Diamonds are all important factors to consider when making your decision. Our Diamond experts at RING can guide you through all of these elements to help you choose the perfect Diamond engagement ring.

We can also offer you laboratory grown Diamonds  which have exactly the same optical and physical properties as natural Diamonds, but are grown in a controlled environment and so are more ethically and environmentally friendly.

Once you have chosen your Diamond, we will help you to choose the perfect setting. The setting is what will hold the Diamond in place on the ring and can be made from a variety of precious metals. At RING we work in 9ct & 18ct yellow, white & rose gold. We also use Platinum & Palladium .

Your Diamond engagement ring will be handmade by our expert jewellers in our workshop in Brighton, UK. This process usually takes around 8-10 weeks from start to finish, but we can sometimes accommodate urgent orders if necessary.

If you are looking for that perfect Diamond engagement ring feel free to get in touch via one of our enquiry forms, or by phoning: 01273 773544. We look forward to hearing from you.
